Notes for Paper Presentation

​

1. Regular and Invited sessions have two hours for six paper presentation with discussion.

2. Each speaker is allowed to make presentation for 20 minutes  including 5-minute discussion.

3. Speakers should prepare for Power Point File for 15-minute presentation.

4. Each room has a projector and Fujitsu Note PC (Windows 10) with Microsoft Office Power Point.

5. Each  speaker should arrive 15 minutes before the session starts, and pass the short-bio to Session Chair.
