1. We have a basic policy  that the authors must upload the final version papers  and at least one of them  must  pay for the registration fee until  the deadline. Namely we do not accept the idea that one author is allowed to present more than two papers with one registration. 

2. The full registration fee includes the followings: Reception on Sep. 3, Lunches on Sep. 4-6, Dinner Party on Sep. 5, Technical Tour on Sep. 6 to require  a reservation in advance, Coffee Breaks, Conference Materials (Name Tag, Proceedings, Bag, etc.) as well as admission to attend Opening and Closing Ceremonies, Special and Regular, and Plenary Sessions.

3. The student should be full-time ones. The registration fee includes the followings: Reception on Sep. 3, Lunches on Sep. 4-6,   Coffee Breaks, Conference Materials (Name Tag, Proceedings, Bag, etc.) as well as admission to attend Opening and Closing Ceremonies, Special and Regular Sessions, and Plenary Talks. Please note that it dose not include Dinner Party on Sep. 5 and Technical Tour on Sep. 6.  If students are interested in attending Dinner on Sep. 5 and Technical Tour on Sep. 6, they may join them with additional fees.

4. Accompany person(s) should be your family such as your wife, husband and/or children. The registration fee includes the followings: Reception on Sep. 3, Lunches on Sep. 4 - 6, Dinner Party on Sep. 5, Technical Tour on Sep. 6 to require a reservation in advance, Coffee Breaks,　Name Tag as well as admission to attend Opening and Closing Ceremonies.

5. As to the cancellation before Aug. 20, 2018(JST), the deduction of 50% of your payment is made. On and after Aug. 24, 2018(JST), no refund is made.

6.The authors of the accepted papers must upload  the papers until July 31,2018 (JST)  and make the registrations of Stages 1 and 2 until Aug. 5, 2018 and Aug. 20, 2018 (JST), respectively.　Otherwise, the  papers will not be included in the proceedings. Please note that the registration system for attendees outside  Japan has opened on July 27, 2018 although the registration system for attendees  in Japan was already open on July 13, 2018.
