CPES2018 Registration for Attendees outside Japan
We have prepared the two-stage registration system for CPES2018 attendees outside Japan since it takes longer time to set up the Web system of the VISA/Master Card clearance in Euro which is not common in Japan. So, we have to compromise in the use of two-stage registration system in which Stage 1 deals with information of the attendees and Stage 2 handles VISA/Master Card clearance. On July 27, 2008, we will open the registration system of Stage 1. Thank you for your patience
Specifically, the procedures of two-stage registration are given as follows:
Stage 1: Visit the Web to input your information.
Stage 2: Follow the instructions that Toyo Planning of our agency will e-mail you how to to pay for the registration fees in Euro.(Now, Toyo Planning says that the announcement of the registration procedures will start around Aug. 10, 2018. Please note that you have to make registration at Stage 1 until August 5, 2018. In other words, if you fail to make registration of Stage 1 until August 5, 2018, your papers will not be included in the proceedings. )
As CPES2018 Technical Tour, we will visit Tokyo Skytree and Asakusa Sensoji of Japanese famous old temple in Tokyo downtown. The tour need a reservation in advance if you would like to join it. Also, the attendees with Full or Accompany Registrations are free charge, but those with Student Registrations are NOT free and it costs 50 Euro per person.
Specifically, the procedure are given as follows:
Step 1: Visit the Web and click Button of "Entry" under "New application" in the upper left-side.
Step 2: Click "Agree" and "Continue".
Step 3: Input your information.(Please note that you should take appropriate check boxes for "TOUR".
